Iron-Cement Structural Adhesive

Product Definition

Iron-Cement Structural Adhesive is a high-strength composite bonding agent engineered for metal-to-concrete and metal-to-stone applications. It combines the weather durability of inorganic materials with the toughness of organic polymers, certified to GB/T 50728 for structural use.

UNIQUE Differentiator — Read This Carefully

Unlike most iron-cement adhesives on the market — which fail in brittle mode under load — KALCITE iron-cement can be plastically reshaped and stretched 20 – 30 cm without breaking. This ductile failure mode is the difference between catching a structural fault early and a catastrophic detachment.

For Saudi steel-bonding contractors and marine platform engineers, this single property changes the procurement equation: you are no longer choosing between strength and toughness — you get both.

Application Domains

1. Industrial & Infrastructure

  • Bridge bearing grouting; anchor bolt fixing
  • Steel-to-concrete joint filling (expansion joints ≤ 50 mm)

2. Building Maintenance

  • Concrete crack repair (crack width 0.2 – 5 mm)
  • Emergency reinforcement of detached exterior metal cladding

3. Special Environments

  • Marine platform corrosion-layer repair (chloride permeability < 0.01%)
  • Chemical plant equipment foundation seismic reinforcement (acid/alkali pH 1-14)

Independent Quality Verification

Three-tier certification stack — all reports available for buyer review:

  • Master report: CCCS ZR268571012 (CMA + ilac-MRA + CNAS triple accreditation)
  • COA: CTG26785215984B — eight heavy metals all reported as Not Detected (N.D.)
  • MSDS: GHS Not Classified · IATA: No · IMDG: No → ships as ordinary cargo, no hazmat surcharge for air or sea freight

Logistics Advantage for Saudi / Middle East Buyers

Most competing structural adhesives ship as DG (dangerous goods) Class 8 or 9, adding USD 200-400 per pallet in airfreight surcharges. KALCITE iron-cement ships as ordinary cargo — saving you significantly on every shipment to Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, or NEOM project sites.
